Administrative Law

Administrative Law derives its existence from Article 149 of Cyprus’ constitution and you will be examined on the implications of this Article as well as relevant case law.

Family Law

Is the area of law that deals with family matters and domestic relations, including: marriage; adoption; child abuse; child abduction; parenting testing etc.

Company Law

Is the study of shareholders, employees, creditors and other stakeholders such as consumers, the community and the environment interact with one another. This area of law is governed by Companies Act, Cap. 113 and which you will be thoroughly examined. The exams are in the form of Multiple Choice Questions.

Property Law / Wills and Estates Law

This elective entails two areas of law as  named  above.  The trainee lawyer has  to  ensure  equal familiarity with both  areas. Property Law governs forms of ownership and Inheritance Law includes the practice of passing on property, titles, debts, obligations, rights upon the death of an individual.
